Not even students but also their parents always have complained that their children are not able to study with concentration.
The answer to this problem is related to some psychological as well as scientific aspects. In this post, you will get to know about which factors laggard you to not concentrate on your studies.
In today’s time, students spend most of their time on the internet, gaming and so many works that apportion their time.
Due to COVID-19 where all studies shift to the online platform. Students find out that for them it becomes quite mundane to study and remain focus.
According to the survey, it found that the problem of “I am not able to study? I want to study but I can’t focus” increasing day by day.
This causes lots of stress and anxiety among students as well as causes lots of apprehensions in parents.
Let’s understand the main cause of this problem. To find the solution to any problem the first thing that is crucial is to understand the root cause of that problem.
Root Cause of Problem
The root cause of “I am not able to study? I want to study but I can’t focus” depends on many factors. Let’s discuss one by one.
1. Psychological Factors:
The first thing that affects the study of students is the psychological factor. Do you get confused about how psychological factors affect your study? I will help you to understand this problem.
Our minds always coerce us to engage in entertainment activities like playing games, watching movies, fun activities.
Whenever you want to study it gives you a signal that there is no pleasure in a study just watch a movie.
You accepted that signal and think that’s right it is quite difficult to study I will study later after watching moving or playing a game.
That’s the problem that you face while studying and feel that I am not able to study? I want to study but I can’t focus.
The psychological factor acts as a prime factor to distract you from studying. You have to control your mind activity.
There is the only way to control your mind is that you have to start feeling that you enjoy the study.
I know that not easy to feel that you like to study but you have to start impersonating that you like to study.
After 1 week you feel that whenever your mind gives you the signal that involves in entertainment activity your subconscious mind starts to coerce you to study first.
2. Invest Too Much Time on Gadgets:
This is another factor that affects your studies and you feel “I want to study but I can’t focus”. Due to the COVID-19 education system shifted to the online platform.
This is a splendid method to provide education support but on the other side of the coin, it created some negative impact on students.
Due to online exposure students are spending 70% time on gadgets like smartphones, laptops, PCs. They don’t know how much time they should spend on gadgets.
This is scientifically proven that spending too much time on electronic gadgets creates saturation in mind that will distract you from the study.

To do anything you must be exhilarating by that work. Nowadays one problem that prevailing among students is the lack of Enthusiasm. Because of their mundane lifestyle, they get bored from daily routine work and feel lethargic.
Whenever they try to study due to a lack of enthusiasm they get distracted. They aren’t able to focus on their studies. Enthusiasm is a characteristic that comes from the inner willingness to study.
Stress work as a driving factor in distraction in concentration and focus. This is the prime source of distraction because when you are stressing the Harmon emanated that time makes you feel desolate and focus lost during study.
